Digging for Diamonds

This consultancy is aimed at classroom practitioners, both teaching and support. 

Classroom teaching, virtual teaching or blended learning all require staff to KNOW every student in the class and allow them ALL the same opportunity. 

The reality is that some students work hard to not be noticed and other seem to fly beneath the radar for a variety of reasons. The impact of this consultancy is to use purposeful strategies, evaluation and observation to find the hidden gems within our classroom, recognise their needs, celebrate their progress and ensure that inclusion is a solid culture.

The consultancy will initially focus on one teaching group and the strategies, once developed, can easily be transferred to other classes or individuals.
